Delivery policy

An eco-responsible delivery experience

At ViviBrands, we have selected reliable delivery partners who are committed to fast delivery while minimising environmental impact. Our parcels are packaged using sustainable materials wherever possible, in line with our vision of greener fashion.

Whether you're in a hurry or prefer an economical option, our various options will meet your needs. Please see the table below for more details.

Important delivery information

  1. Order tracking : You will receive an email with a link to track your order as soon as it is dispatched.
  2. Periods of high demand : During Christmas, sales and other special periods, delivery times may be extended.
  3. International deliveries : Orders outside the European Union may be subject to taxes or customs duties, which are payable by the customer.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product doesn't quite live up to your expectations. Our returns policy is designed to offer you maximum simplicity.

General conditions of return

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days after receipt of your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with the original labels and packaging.
  • Exclusions : For reasons of hygiene, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless they are sealed in their original packaging.

Return process

1. Submitting a return request

  • Log in to your customer area or visit our contact form.
  • Please provide the following information:
    • Order number.
    • Articles concerned.
    • Reason for return.

Our team will examine your request under 2 working days.

2. Validation and instructions

  • If the request is accepted, you will receive an email containing :
    • A return code.
    • Instructions for preparing your parcel.

3. Return items

  • Choose the carrier of your choice (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, UPS, etc.).
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a tracked service for greater security.

4. Confirmation and refund

  • Once the parcel has been received and inspected by our teams, an email will be sent to you.
  • You will receive a a maximum value of €20 including tax to offset your return costs. This credit note can be used on your next order.

Exchange policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another size or model :

  1. Return the item as described above.
  2. Place a new order to obtain the desired item.

Special cases

Defective or non-compliant products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service team immediately with details and clear photos. We promise to resolve the problem quickly.

Undelivered orders
Undelivered orders returned to our warehouse will have a charge deducted from the refund:

  • Extra-EU (excluding UK) : 45 + customs duties.
  • United Kingdom: 30 + customs duties.
  • EU (excluding Italy) : 15 €.

FAQ - Returns and Refunds

A credit note will be issued under 10 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. In compensation, a credit note of up to 20 € will be offered to cover these costs.

Follow the instructions sent to you by email once your returns request has been validated. You will be able to choose the carrier of your choice.

Yes, promotional or sale items can be returned under the same conditions.
