Delivery Policy

At ViviBrands, we have selected reliable delivery partners, committed to fast delivery while minimizing environmental impact. Our parcels are packaged with sustainable materials whenever possible, in line with our vision of greener fashion.

Whether you're in a hurry or prefer an economical option, our various options are sure to meet your needs. Please see the table below for more details.

Important delivery information

Order tracking : You will receive an email with a link to track your order as soon as it is shipped.
Periods of high demand : During Christmas, sales and other special periods, delivery times may be extended.
International deliveries : Orders outside the European Union may be subject to taxes or customs duties, at the customer's expense.

Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product doesn't quite live up to your expectations. Our return policy is designed to offer you maximum simplicity.

General conditions of return

Returns must be initiated within 14 days after receipt of your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original labels and packaging.
Exclusions : For reasons of hygiene, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless they are sealed in their original packaging.

Return process

1. Submit a return request

Log in to your customer area or visit our contact form.
Please provide the following information:
- Order number.
- Items concerned.
- Reason for return.

Our team will examine your request under 2 working days.

2. Validation and instructions

If the request is accepted, you will receive an email containing :
- A return code.
- Instructions for preparing your parcel.

3. Return items

Choose the carrier of your choice (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, UPS, etc.).
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a tracking service for added security.

4. Confirmation and refund

Once the parcel has been received and inspected by our teams, an email will be sent to you.
You will receive a a maximum value of €20 incl. VAT to offset your return shipping costs. This credit will be applied to your next order.

Exchange policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another size or model :

Return the item as described above.
Place a new order to obtain the desired item.

Special cases

Defective or non-conforming products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service department immediately with details and clear photos. We promise to resolve the problem quickly.

Undelivered orders
Undelivered orders returned to our warehouse will incur charges deducted from the refund:

Extra-EU (excluding UK) : 45 € + customs duty.
United Kingdom: 30 + customs duty.
EU (excluding Italy) : 15 €.

Yes, promotional or sale items can be returned under the same conditions.
