These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") define the rights and obligations of the company SILVERED CORPORATION and its customers concerning the sale of products offered on the main website. www.vivibrands.fras well as on its domains redirecting to this Site (see section 2. Applicability).

By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions as well as the Website's legal notice and privacy policy.

Available languages : French, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, German and Dutch.
Default currency : euro (€), with the option of choosing another currency depending on the user's region.

The products offered are accurately described. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the technical specifications of the screens or manufacturing processes.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability after placing an order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be able to choose between :

  • Replacement with an equivalent product.
  • A full refund of the amount paid.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Rates

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included. If another currency is selected, amounts are converted according to current exchange rates. Delivery charges are specified before the final validation of the order.

4.2 Accepted means of payment

The following methods of payment are accepted:

  • Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bancaire (CB).
  • Local banking services: Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, Przelewy24 (P24).

5. Order process

5.1. Ordering steps

  1. Customers select the products they want and add them to their basket.
  2. He chooses options (size, color, etc.) and validates his basket.
  3. Customers enter their personal details and choose their payment method.
  4. An order confirmation is sent by email.
 

5.2. Order refusal

SILVERED CORPORATION reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of :

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery methods and times

Orders are dispatched after a preparation period (usually 24 to 48 hours). Available delivery options include :

  3. Express delivery (2-3 working days)
 

Delivery times may vary according to destination and transport conditions.

6.2. Rates and service areas

Delivery costs are indicated before payment. For orders outside the European Union, customs duties may be applied by local authorities and are payable by the customer. These costs cannot be estimated or managed by ViviBrands, as the order is shipped directly by the various suppliers.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

7.1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, use the contact form available on our Site and select the reason "return". Once your request has been validated, you will receive the necessary instructions by email.

7.2. Return conditions

Returned products must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, except in the case of defect or non-conformity.

7.3. Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of an error attributable to ViviBrands.
  • Return postage credit : We offer a credit note of up to €20 (incl. VAT) to cover all or part of the return costs, subject to the conditions detailed on our page dedicated to feedback and exchanges.
 

7.4. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the refund will be made within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the original method of payment.

8. Legal warranties

The products sold by ViviBrands benefit from the legal guarantees provided by French law:

  • Legal warranty of conformity : (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) in the event that the product does not conform to the order.
  • Warranty against hidden defects : (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) for any defect rendering the product unfit for use.

9. Liability

SILVERED CORPORATION shall not be held liable for :

  • Site interruptions or malfunctions.
  • Indirect damage resulting from the purchase or use of the products.

These GCU are governed by French law.

11.2. Dispute resolution

  • For customers located in the European Union: any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the consumer's country, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012.
  • Customers outside the European Union: any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where SILVERED CORPORATION's registered office is located.
